
Hello Support Staff
HAVE is built by people who care about culture, craft, and community. We are hiring volunteers and paid staff to help produce immersive events that center vintage, art, and independent businesses in San Francisco.
Not all roles are paid. Unpaid volunteer roles come with clear benefits: a free ticket to the event, a commitment of no more than three hours, and priority consideration for future discounted vending opportunities at HAVE events. We view volunteering as a reciprocal exchange, not free labor.
We invest in the people who invest in us. We actively hire within our community and prioritize those who are local to San Francisco, give back to San Francisco, and actively contribute to its creative and small-business ecosystem. Community, for us, is a two-way street: HAVE exists to create opportunity, visibility, and income for independents, and it only works when that energy is returned through participation, care, and shared responsibility.
Roles range from event-day operations and guest experience to vendor coordination, installations, and behind-the-scenes logistics. This is hands-on work in a fast-moving environment. You will meet sharp, creative people, gain real-world event experience, and help shape a community-first alternative to corporate marketplaces.
If you are reliable, curious, and comfortable jumping in where needed, we want to hear from you. Some roles are short-term and event-based; others may grow over time.
