Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY
San Francisco Vintage and HAVE produce curated community events, experiences, and workshops. All ticket purchases, vendor reservations, and workshop registrations are final unless stated otherwise on the specific event page.
Because our events involve advance costs for venues, artists, materials, and production, we are unable to offer refunds except in clearly defined situations listed below.
TICKETS
• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person if you can no longer attend.
• If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be applied to the new date.
• If an event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Workshops and Classes
• Workshop registrations are nonrefundable due to limited seating, advance material purchases, and preparation time.
• Seats may be transferred to another attendee if you notify us before the event.
• If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.
